The application portal will open on:

  • Monday 20 January 2025 and close at 23:59 (11:59 pm Brisbane time) on Sunday 16 February 2025
  • Monday 2 June 2025 and close at 23:59 (11:59 pm Brisbane time) on Sunday 29 June 2025.

Late applications

We won’t accept late applications.

  • If you don’t submit your application before the closing time, the form will close, and you won’t be able to submit it.
  • Not all hospital and health services or facilities offer appointments in each application period.
