The Royal Australasian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (RANZCO) is responsible for the recruitment, training and professional development, provided through their Vocational Training Program (VTP). For RANZCO to select you into their training program you must apply directly to the college for candidacy. If you’ve been allocated or are in the process of being allocated by the college to one of our hospitals, you must also submit an application to the RMO campaign to receive an employment contract with us.
