The Australasian College of Emergency Medicine (ACEM) provides training through their FACEM Training Program. To be selected to the FACEM training program, you must first secure a position with one of our accredited training hospitals. You need to contact the training hospital to check if the position contributes towards training time, refer to the Participating hospitals page.
Applying
You can apply to a position when you apply to the RMO campaign. To view available positions, use the Position search tool and for help completing your preferences at Step 10: Preference section in the application, use the emergency preference guide [PDF 167.84 KB].

The recruitment and selection process complies with relevant Queensland Health human resource policies including the principles of equal employment opportunity. Recruiting hospitals contact you directly to organise interviews and conduct meritorious recruitment processes.
