Sunday 7 July | Referee reports due. Your referees must submit their reports before we assess your application. You may need to provide additional referee reports for some specialty training programs. |
Monday 8 July to Friday 26 July | Facilities or vocational training pathways or networks will contact applicants to arrange interviews. |
Monday 29 July to Wednesday 28 August | Facilities will contact successful applicants and make an offer. If you accept an offer, your application will be selected on the eRecruitment system to your employing hospital. If the facilities you preferenced haven’t contacted you, we suggest you contact them directly to ask about the progress of your application. |
Candidate re-preference round – Registrar and PHO remaining vacancies

Senior House Officers and Junior House Officers can only update their preferences if they have changes in their circumstances. |

From Monday 11 November onwards | As positions become available, facilities will contact you to discuss employment opportunities. If they offer you a position and you accept, they’ll allocate it to you in the eRecruitment system.
